Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Meipept9999@gmail.com with your order details. A team member will guide you through the process.
Return Eligibility
- Incorrect or Damaged Products – If you receive the wrong item or the product arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Unsatisfactory Products – If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it at your own expense.
- Missing Products – If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will investigate the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Products – For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, altered, or used products.
- Temperature-Sensitive Products – Items that require specific storage conditions cannot be returned due to the potential for degradation and contamination.
- Sale Items – Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details – Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging you initially received.
- Approval Process – Our team will review your request and determine if a refund or exchange is applicable.
- Return Instructions – If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received a refund within this timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be delays in posting.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Meipept9999@gmail.com.
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to your email.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund back to the original purchaser.
